Shipping
We ship
Monday thru Thursday, unless Saturday delivery is available to your
area. You receive Tuesday through Friday. Orders in by 11:00 am normally
ship same day if needed, but we recommend some lead-time if your order
is for a special event. Saturday delivery is possible if UPS offers
that service to your address. Extra UPS charges do apply, approximately
$12.95 per box.
We ship
all of our fresh products via UPS overnight. You will receive an e-mail
confirmation, which will include your UPS tracking number.
We generally
ship non-perishables UPS ground, but if combined with perishable items
then they will automatically ship overnight with perishable items.
If you wish to save on freight, we suggest ordering non-perishables
separately
When possible
try to take delivery of fresh or live seafood on the day you plan
to use it. This will ensure the freshest possible product with minimum
spoilage.
We cannot ship
live crawfish to Alaska or Hawaii. State regulations prohibit this.
All
items purchased on-line will be shipped via an express courier with
guaranteed delivery by 10:30 a.m., noon, or end of day the next business
day depending on the destination (noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays,
if Saturday delivery is available). We advise that, especially with
our live and fresh seafood products, someone is available to accept
and sign for the package. This will prevent spoilage of the seafood.
Return
Policy
If you
are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us
and we'll gladly refund your purchase price. Live, fresh, or frozen
products require notification as soon as possible. Boxed items must
be returned in their original, undamaged shipping box. Shipping costs
and insurance are non-refundable.
If you
receive a shipment which is damaged upon receipt, please do not refuse
it. Notify us immediately and we will file a claim with the delivery
company or post office which delivered the shipment. They are responsible
for damage or loss during shipping. They will pick up the package
and once they inspect it, will return it to us. We will refund your
purchase and shipping costs.
