Crawfish Pasta #2

 

2-8 oz packs of angel hair pasta
1/2 cup butter
6 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup green onions (chopped)
2 lbs. Louisiana crawfish tails
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Note: May substitute salt,pepper and garlic powder with 3 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning

Melt butter over medium heat then stir in cream and seasonings.

Start to boil noodles.

Add crawfish tails and cook 5 minutes (uncooked tails) - 2 minutes (cooked tails).

Serve over pasta with warm french bread.

Yield: 10 servings
