Note: May
substitute salt,pepper and garlic powder with 3 tablespoons of Cajun
seasoning
Melt butter
over medium heat then stir in cream and seasonings.
Start to
boil noodles.
Add crawfish
tails and cook 5 minutes (uncooked tails) - 2 minutes (cooked tails).
Serve over
pasta with warm french bread.
Yield: 10
