Melt butter
in a large skillet. Sauté onion and garlic until vegetables begin
to wilt. Add half and half and cajun seasoning or salt and pepper to
taste.
Cook 5-10
minutes, until the sauce thickens. Add pasta. Toss well. Stir thoroughly
over very low heat for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
