HOW TO BOIL

Hot out 'da pot!!!

Once all preparations have been made, pour yourself and your guests another ice-cold beverage (if you haven't done so already). You will need a 20 gallon pot, complete with lid and basket, and a propane tank and burner set-up. Follow these simple boiling instructions and you'll be enjoying our wonderful crawfish in no time.

Fill large pot 1/3 full with fresh water, place on outdoor propane cooker, and light.
Add 4 pounds of livecrawfish.com’s Dump & Boil Seafood Seasoning to water. Place the lid on the pot and bring seasoned water to a rolling boil.
Squeeze and add lemons to water. Add crawfish, onions, and potatoes.
Bring water back to rolling boil and add corn, mushrooms, and garlic.
Allow crawfish to boil 5 minutes. Cut off fire and allow crawfish to soak for approximately 10 minutes. Take a taste test often and remove basket from water when crawfish have soaked to desired seasoning.
Get an old table and place old newspapers on top. Dump the basket of crawfish on top of the newspaper.
ENJOY!
