Crawfish Soup

1 stick of butter
1 bunch of green onions
1 large onion chopped
1 bell pepper chopped
2 cans of cream style corn
4 cans potato soup
1 pt. half and half
2 lbs. crawfish tails
   

Melt butter on medium-low and saute onions, bell pepper, and green onion . Add crawfish to saute mixture. Add corn, soup and half and half. Simmer,about 30- 45 min. Be careful it could stick. Eat like soup or serve over rice or pasta
