BBQ Shrimp

12 26/30 count shrimp, peeled and deviened
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
0.5 tablespoons Blackened Seasoning
1 teaspoon minced garlic
0.5 teaspoons dried rosemary
1 tablespoon green onion
Splash of red wine
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Over medium heat, melt butter and add olive oil to skillet. Add garlic, green onions, rosemary, and one bayleaf. Cook 30 seconds. Add shrimp, red wine, Worcestershire, and blackened seasoning and cook for 6 minutes. Spritz with lemon juice and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediatley.
